We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kjpopcornvegas@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will be happy to assist you and make it right.
